2025 Baseball Age Chart
Age 5
- Birth Year = Sep - Dec 2019 & Jan - Aug 2020
- T-Ball: All 5-year olds will be placed in T-Ball regardless of whether they have prior baseball experience
Age 6
- Birth Year = Sep - Dec 2018 & Jan - Aug 2019
- T-ball: Players who are age 6 with no prior Little League experience can choose to play either T-Ball or Farm A. 6 yr olds should NOT play T-Ball twice, unless approved by Player Agent. Please email the Player Agent should you have questions about division placement.
- Farm A: 6 yr olds with T-ball experience should register for Farm A.
Goal
In T-Ball, the league de-emphasizes competitiveness and focuses mainly on the development of fundamental baseball skills. Much of the season will be dedicated to learning the rules of baseball and the fundamentals of fielding, throwing, and hitting while having a great time!
Schedule
T-ball Games are scheduled for Saturday mornings (10:45-12pm). Practices are on Sunday afternoons (times vary).
Pre-season practices may be held Saturdays AND Sundays. This varies widely by team and field availability.
Pre-season (first 2 weeks of April) schedules will vary per team and division. Activities may include team-specific practices and division-wide clinics. In addition, there may be opportunities for additional practices depending on field availability. Schedules are dependent on the number of registrants and teams per division. SLL and your coach will relay this information as soon as possible.

Equipment
SLL provides jerseys and hats. All players should have baseball pants, a glove, and water bottle. Cleats are optional. If players do not have their own helmet or bat SLL will provide one. T-ball helmets do not require a face cage.
